Briefly…
Pros
-Price (was £110 when I bought it compared with iPad 2 being £318 at time)
-Nice screen size
-Customer service very good
-Has room for mini SD card (up to 32gb) so can have lots of space. Can’t extend space on iPad.
-Lots of ports: two USB and SD mini card.
-GPS
-Camera
Cons
(Bear in mind that this was a faulty tablet so some of problems I had before it died may have been due to faults)
-Battery lasts only 2 hours (iPad is more like 10). 2 hours can be used up quickly
-Internet slow
-unreliable (lots of testimonies of faulty machines)

As you can see reviews vary greatly. Some people who got working tablets are very happy with the product, many on the other hand consider it to be rubbish. To see latest reviews yourself go to http://www.amazon.co.uk/A1CS-X220-TABLET-ANDROID-1080P/dp/B004F33FJ6/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1356631296&sr=8-1 and look for recent customer reviews on the right a bit down the page.
My experience…
I recently bought an A1CS X220 TABLET 10.2″ ANDROID 2.2. I was searching on Amazon for an iPad and this product came up near the bottom of the first page even though it was quite clearly not an iPad. As it costs only £110 and seemed to have good reviews I thought why not get it. No point spending another three hundred pounds just for a brand.
The seller was very good and after ordering Saturday night we received it on Tuesday morning – I was impressed. It was quite heavy and thick but that wasn’t too much of a problem. It took a long time to charge – several hours, and the charge lead is very short so if you want to use it while it is charging you have to be within about one metre of a plug.
It was too slow on the internet to function as a laptop, but still it was nice.
However, after 2 days it died. After searching more I found that although on average it has a high rating on Amazon – about 4 stars – there are a lot of bad reviews, and a lot of faulty tablets. I inferred that this tablet was cheaply made and unreliable. After this I decided to ask for my money back rather than for a replacement. The seller was polite and did give me a full refund – so fair play to him. However, I don’t want to use a piece of technology that is obviously built on the cheap and not particularly good. Several months later I bought an iPad 2 for £290 and it is fantastic: battery life 10 hours or so, screen beautiful, looks great and most of all reliable!
My advice
-if you go ahead and get this make sure you buy it from a seller who has good ratings and will replace it if your first one does not work
– if you want something more reliable buy a tablet from a good brand: Apple, Samsung or perhaps the Google Nexus Tablet.
-If you are looking for a sub £200 it would be safer to get a Kindle Fire or Google Nexus tablet.
