TF Social Share is one of the best plugins I know for having the few share options that are really needed in one place. However, it is not that straightforward to disable them on a particular page. Here is how.

1. Open the page you want to disable the social plugins on.

2. Click on Screen options in the top right and click the radio box next to custom fields.

3.  Scroll down to the bottom of the page below Custom Fields. Type in “disable_social_share”  in the left box under “Name” and under “Value” type in “yes”.  As below. Then update page.
