Terms and Conditions
1] The price originally agreed holds for what is originally agreed. If you want to add say a newsletter, more pages etc, it will cost more. Try to be as clear with what you want from the start.
2] I take a deposit of £100 up front. Full payment is on completion of work shortly after going live.
3] If payment is not received within 2 months of being invoiced for, your website will be suspended. It will only be set live again after payment is made. If this happens, all future work, will require full payment in advance to avoid this happening again.
4] All work includes a creditation (i.e. Website by Saltaire Web Design) with a link back to our site https://saltairewebdesign.co.uk.
5] Clients may use the published site as long as they require without extra costs (except for web hosting fees, if on my hosting).
6] Non-payment of hosting will result in your site being taken down.
7] Saltaire Web Design takes no responsibility for mistakes in information on the site. We expect you to give correct information and you to check through the site before it goes live.
8] We can keep your site up to date and do extra work at £20 per hour or in previously agreed amounts if you prefer.
Hacking
Saltaire Web Design takes no responsibility for any sites that are hacked. To ensure against hacking you need to update WordPress and plugins often, and ensure passwords are strong. If your site does get hacked we can fix it for a fair fee.
Hosting
Where, with your agreement, I have arranged hosting, I have done this with either Fasthosts (using CloudNX Server), Krystal (Re-seller Hosting) or TSO Hosting (Re-seller Hosting). Whilst Saltaire Web Design recommends hosting companies to host websites, no guarantees can be made as to the availability or interruption of this service. Saltaire Web Design cannot accept liability for losses caused by the unavailability, malfunction or interruption of this service, or for loss of turnover, sales, revenue, profits or indirect, consequential or special loss. Anyone who wants guaranteed levels of hosting service should arrange their own hosting directly with a specialist hosting company.
